The Challenge

The site itself was part of the challenge.

The project was located in a remote village area where construction had to be carried out under difficult site conditions.

The ground presented black cotton soil and a high groundwater level .

The team also had to deal with scarcity of construction materials and local site-related issues.

The Solution

Adapt the execution to the ground.

Instead of treating the site limitations as isolated problems, the construction approach had to account for the terrain, groundwater and availability of materials.

The work was planned around the actual conditions encountered at the remote project location.

The Execution

Multiple works. One coordinated delivery.

The completed scope included construction of a precast compound wall , painting works covering 50,000 sq. ft., construction of RCC tanks and internal works for the industrial shed.

The Challenge

Construction without stopping production.

The project was executed directly on a working shop floor .

This required close coordination with the production team while working within a stringent project timeline.

At the same time, the project had to maintain industrial safety requirements.

The Solution

One team. One turnkey scope.

Thakar Associates approached the project as a complete turnkey delivery rather than treating each component independently.

The scope brought together electrical works, furniture, interiors, fabrication and façade work under one coordinated execution.

The Execution

Four control towers. Two buildings.

The project resulted in four Smart Control Towers constructed across two buildings .

Execution was carried out with the production team and with industrial safety norms taken into consideration.

The Outcome

A complete turnkey delivery within a live industrial environment.

The Challenge

Infrastructure needs were spread across communities.

The first phase involved construction across 100+ scattered locations in remote villages.

Five different toilet-block models were required depending on the strength of students in each school.

The Approach

A phased programme that evolved with the need.

The CSR work progressed through different infrastructure requirements instead of remaining limited to a single type of construction.

The programme expanded into temporary hutments, water conservation, CNB construction, modern village work and school infrastructure.

The Execution

From sanitation to broader community infrastructure.

The documented CSR programme included school toilet blocks, school refurbishment, toilet refurbishment, Mahila Shakti Kendras, Aanganwadi construction and refurbishment, CNB dams, nallah desilting, rainwater harvesting and concrete roads.

The first documented phase alone covered approximately 4,000 sq. metres of construction area and benefited approximately 30,000 students .
